  1. Preheat smoker to 275°F.
  2. Cut bacon strips in half, cut pickle in half both vertically and horizontally creating four pieces of pickle.
  3. Wrap each piece with half a strip of bacon and place them seam side down on a rack and sprinkle with Cajun Seasoning on the top side of the bacon.
  4. Place inside smoker 40-45 minutes until the bacon is crispy, when cooked remove from smoker and let rest on plate. Drizzle with Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG) and serve with Kogi Ranch Taco Dip.

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Label, date, and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours before serving.
