Grilled Orange Citrus Salmon

ingredients
- 1 each Salmon portion, grilled
- 3 oz Orange Citrus Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Italian parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup Rice, cooked
directions
- Grill salmon until both sides are marked, place in broil pan, cover with Orange Citrus Sauce and place in 500F oven until internal temperature of fish is 145F.
- Remove from oven, place grilled salmon on a bed of rice and garnish with parsley.
Orange Citrus Sauce
ingredients
- 2 oz Butter
- 1/4 oz Fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb Carrots, minced
- 1/2 lb Leeks, minced
- 1/2 lb Fennel
- 2 oz White wine
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 2 cups Orange Sauce (KG5014HG)
directions
- Add the butter to a saucepan, sauté garlic, add fennel, carrots and leeks and sauté for 1 minute.
- Glaze pan with white wine and add orange, lemon, and lime juice.
- Bring to a boil, remove from heat and blend in Orange Sauce (KG5014HG) with an immersion blender.
- Remove to storage container.
