Grilled Shrimp La Mandarina

- 4 each Sugar Cane Shrimp Skewers, marinated
- 1/2 cup Orange Sauce (KG5014HG)
- 1/2 cup Mandarin oranges
- 1 tsp Gochugaru chili, flakes
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 1 each Mexican squash, thick sliced, grilled
- 1 each Yellow squash, thick sliced, grilled
- 1 each Spanish onions, thick sliced, grilled
- 1 tbsp Chimichurri Spice Blend
directions
- Place shrimp in herb orange marinade for at least four hours. Cut squashes and onions, spray with Pam and season with Chimichurri spice blend.
- Place vegetables on grill with shrimp. Mark both sides until cooked internal temperature of 145F.
- Arrange vegetables in center of plate, brush shrimp skewers with Orange Sauce (KG5014HG), place skewers on top of vegetables sprinkle with mandarin oranges, Gochugaru chili flakes, and orange zest.
