- 1 lb shaved ribeye steak
- 1 cup sautéed peppers & onions
- 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese, (or 1 cup shredded)
- 2 tbsp Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG)
- 2 tsp Premium Mayonnaise (KE0911)
- 2 tbsp Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce (KG3263HG)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 hoagie rolls, 10"
directions
- Heat flattop or pan and add oil.
- Sear ribeye “Philly Style” and top with Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG) and cheese to melt.
- Warm rolls and brush inside of rolls with Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG) and Premium Mayonnaise (KE0911).
- Place steak and cheese in rolls, top with peppers & onions and serve.
