Korean Cheese Corn

- 3 cups Corn kernels
- 1/4 cup Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG)
- 1/4 cup Extra Heavy Mayonnaise (KE0898)
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 8 oz Queso Quesadilla, shredded
- 2 each Green onions, thin bias cut
directions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly coat oven-proof skillet with pan spray.
- In large bowl, combine corn, Extra Heavy Mayonnaise (KE0898), Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG), sugar, and stir in half cheese.
- Spread corn mixture in skillet and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Place into oven and bake until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
