Kogi Korean BBQ marinated ground wagyu grilled beef patty topped with sweet garlic teriyaki slaw on a toasted sesame seed bun. Served with Korean BBQ aioli.

ingredients
- 1 Sesame seed bun, toasted
- 2 tbsp Rebellion Korean bbq aioli
- 8 oz Wagyu beef patty, grilled
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce (KG3263HG)
- 4 slices Grilled onion
- 2 oz sweet garlic teriyaki slaw
directions
- Marinate wagyu in Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce (KG3263HG) for at least 30 minutes and then grill to desired temperature.
- Spread crown of toasted bun and heel with rebellion aioli.
- Top with marinated grilled wagu beef burger, grilled onions and sweet garlic teriyaki slaw.
- Place crown on top and serve with your choice of side.

- 2 fl oz Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (KG3262HG)
- 4 oz Coleslaw

- Make sweet garlic teriyaki slaw by mixing coleslaw with Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (KG3262HG).
Rebellion Korean bbq aioli
ingredients
- 8 fl oz Real Mayonnaise (KE0999)
- 16 fl oz Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce (KG3263HG)
directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
