Shrimp Fried Rice & Spicy Orange Chicken

ingredients

  • 3 fl oz Orange Sauce (KG5014HG)
  • 5 oz chicken breast, julienne
  • 1/2 cup small raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 cups steamed white rice, chilled & one day old preferred
  • 1/4 cup onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp garlic, fresh chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, fresh chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp red bell pepper, fine diced
  • 1 tbsp grated orange zest
  • 1 tbsp green onion, sliced thin
  • 1 fl oz sesame oil
  • 1/2 fl oz canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp black & white sesame seeds

directions

  1. Heat Wok & add oils. Add chicken and shrimp and toss until crispy.
  2. Add garlic, eggs & ginger and toss a few times.
  3. Quickly add Orange Sauce (KG5014HG) with all remaining ingredients and cook until well heated and incorporated.
