Shrimp Fried Rice & Spicy Orange Chicken

ingredients
- 3 fl oz Orange Sauce (KG5014HG)
- 5 oz chicken breast, julienne
- 1/2 cup small raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 cups steamed white rice, chilled & one day old preferred
- 1/4 cup onion, sliced thin
- 1 tsp garlic, fresh chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger, fresh chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp red bell pepper, fine diced
- 1 tbsp grated orange zest
- 1 tbsp green onion, sliced thin
- 1 fl oz sesame oil
- 1/2 fl oz canola oil
- 1/2 tsp black & white sesame seeds
directions
- Heat Wok & add oils. Add chicken and shrimp and toss until crispy.
- Add garlic, eggs & ginger and toss a few times.
- Quickly add Orange Sauce (KG5014HG) with all remaining ingredients and cook until well heated and incorporated.
