Sticky Spicy Stir Fry Beef with Herbs and Mango

- 6 oz beef Sirloin, cut into 1 inch strips
- 4 tsp canola oil
- 1/2 cup jicama strips, cut 1-1/2 x 1/4-inch
- 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, julienne
- 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks
- 6 oz Sticky Spicy Sauce (KG3448HG)
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, julienne
directions
- Heat 2 teaspoons oil in large skillet over high heat until hot. Add beef and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet, keep warm.
- Heat remaining oil in same skillet over medium-high heat. Add jicama, snap peas and bell pepper; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return beef to skillet. Stir in mango and Sticky Spicy Sauce (KG3448HG). Cook until heated through. Serve over brown rice
- Garnish with cilantro and mint.
- Serve.
